Saving Grace II is a Southerly 42RST, made in Chichester Harbour in the UK and launched in December 2013. Featuring Southerly’s famous Swing Keel design, the yacht offers great sailing and comfort with the advantage of variable draft, ranging from as little as 1m to 2.8m. Of the various models made by Southerly, the 42RST is the most successful with 50 hulls produced. Saving Grace II is probably the best equipped 42RST built, with multiple sail options and comprehensive technical and domestic specifications.
After several seasons sailing the UK’s South Coast, West Country, Channel Islands and France, Saving Grace II took part in the ARC Rally Portugal. Our cruising then took us towards Spain and the Balearic Islands, before a meandering course back to the UK via the Algarve and Galicia. Saving Grace II is now back in her home port whilst we plot more adventures for the future.
